Milling is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process. Milling is a part of the manufacture of many plastic products, but it can also be used on materials such as wood, metal, ceramic, and composites.

Some parts are more complicated than others and require multiple operations. Sometimes round parts need off center work, which we can do through live tooling on multi-axis lathes, or in a combination of turning and milling operations.
